Jaipur, June 12, 2019: Hare Krishna Movement (HKM), Jaipur organized a culture camp for school children during the summer vacation this year from 20th May to 9th June.

About 150 children from Jaipur city, from Class 1 to 10, participated in the camp.       

The culture camp had various learning modules such as Yoga, Dance, Theatre, Vedic Maths, Gita Vigyan, Arts and Crafts, etc. The other topics of learning concerned with Mantra meditation, Vedic stories, Indian value education, public speaking, improving concentration and memory power. In addition, the camp included spiritual picnic, animation video show and Talents Day celebrations.

Sri Ramcharan Bohra, Member of Parliament from Jaipur gave away the certificates and awards to the children at the prize distribution ceremony held on the concluding day of the camp. While praising the Hare Krishna Movement on this occasion, he said that it has been doing special service to save our culture and it is commendable that they are teaching our children to stay connected to Indian civilization and culture. His Grace Ratnangada Govinda Dasa, President of HKM, Jaipur welcomed the guests and participants.
