Green Chutney
Hot hot hot !!! This chutney is a must in all the chaats to get that chilli hot taste. It makes a super dip for evening snacks like samosas and kachoris.
Ingredients:
- 1 bunch Coriander leaves
- 10 Almonds
- 6-8 Green Chillies
- 2 tsp. Lemon juice
- Salt to taste
Method of Preparation:
- Clean the coriander leaves, remove the roots and grind all the ingredients except lemon juice to make it into a smooth chutney (you can also use the stem part of the coriander).
- Add water when grinding as needed. Lastly mix with lemon juice.
- Offer it to Lord Krishna by adding it to any of your favorite chats, samosas, kachori and honor it.
Preparation Time: 5 minutes
Serving: 1 Cup
